Summerscape

Summerscape is a summer enrichment program featuring weekly camps in academics, arts, athletics, and special areas of interest. All classes are held on the Spartanburg Day School campus and are open to 3 year-olds through adults. Students do not have to be enrolled at the Spartanburg Day School to attend Summerscape.
The Summerscape teachers are primarily experienced SDS faculty. They share their interests outside the classroom in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The goal of the program is to provide a rewarding summer experience for everyone involved.
Summerscape is a great way to:

  • Excel - Students have a range of academic opportunities to choose from, including classes in reading, math, computers and foreign languages.
  • Enrich - Many areas of interest can be introduced and academic skills reinforced through a Summerscape class.
  • Familiarize - Summerscape is an excellent opportunity for new and prospective students to spend time on the SDS campus outside of the regular school year.
