SDS bands win recognition

Dick Barnes and Spartanburg Day School band students were well received at the 2012 Spring Music Festival in Orlando, Florida in April
The band received an Excellent Rating and 1st place in the High School Class A category, a Superior Rating and First place in the High School Class A Jazz Band category, and the High School Grand Champion Award for Instrumental Music.
