Why do you do what you do? What is your educational philosophy?
I consider teaching is a calling. I love teaching to help students realize how they learn may be different and that's okay. I want students to learn to advocate for themselves and that's part of a teacher's responsibility- to help them grown their "tool box" of learning strategies.
