We are excited to share our next edition of Testimonial Tuesday, a weekly feature that highlights the voices of our students and the heart behind the Griffin experience.

We are pleased to introduce Dawson Glenn, an 8th grade Middle School student.

“This is my first year at the Day School, and it has been a blast. I have felt the love of the community from the very beginning, even before school started. My favorite thing about the SDS community is the relationships between the teachers and students. If I ever need someone to talk to, I can go to any of my teachers. They have gotten to know me, and I can tell that they care about me. I also really enjoy being able to spend time with the other grade levels. Between my Lower School buddy and practicing with the Upper School basketball team, I have made new friends throughout the whole school.”

Dawson’s experience reflects what makes SDS special, a welcoming community and strong relationships across grade levels.
