FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL Happy Halloween, Griffins!
Greetings from Hotel Transylvania and the movie characters who greeted students this morning at carpool. Halloween at the Day School is a beloved tradition, one that even a pandemic could not stop in its entirety. There were a lot of modifications, but given the smiles and giggles throughout the day, the thing that mattered most is that we dressed up, we shared our love of Halloween, and we were a community!

PARENTS, STUDENTS: DON'T FORGET TO SUBMIT YOUR SURVEYS BY WEDNESDAY!
Parents and fifth-12th grade students, don't forget to lend your voice to the survey emailed to you yesterday by Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Spending just 5-10 minutes to offer your honest feedback about important areas like admissions, academics and communications helps our school recognize strengths and identify areas to improve. Remember, your feedback is collected anonymously, so please be candid in your responses. Every voice matters!

DONATE YOUR UNWANTED TREASURES TO THE INTERACT CLUB YARD SALE; SHOP THE SALE NOV. 7

The Spartanburg Day School Interact Club is now accepting donations for its annual yard sale. The club is asking for household items, clean/gently used clothing, tools, furniture, knick knacks, toys or anything you feel will be beneficial. Please contact susan.owens@sdsgriffin.org or levi.wall@sdsgriffin.org to arrange.
The yard sale will take place on Saturday, Nov. 7 in the parking lot of First Piedmont Bank (901 E. Main St., Spartanburg) from 9-11:30 a.m.
FLAG THE LAWN THIS VETERANS DAY
