GRIFFIN GAMES THIS THURSDAY
Don't miss the action! The Parents' Community invites all families to come out to support Griffin Athletics this Thursday, Sept. 26. Soccer and volleyball games start at 4 p.m. Wear your SDS gear and enjoy games and prizes while cheering on our Griffins. Dinner will be catered by Taco Dog at $5 per person – and bring a little extra for a snow cone!
The Parents' Community is asking for volunteers to help with the event. If interested, please contact Laura Stille.
ONLINE SCHOOL STORE OPEN NOW UNTIL OCT. 6
Need some Griffin gear for the year ahead? The Parents' Community is once again offering an online school store through RSN Promotions. Order and pay online, and RSN will deliver your order to SDS for easy pick up. The order link to the store will be active through Oct. 6 and features warm and cool weather styles in a variety of colors and sizes, including preschool and adult tall sizes. Purchase for yourself or as a gift! Each order supports the Parents' Community.
INTERACT CLUB COLLECTING DONATIONS FOR ANNUAL YARD SALE
The annual Interact Club yard sale is coming up in November, and the boys are asking for any and all donations from the SDS community. The club is now collecting household items, clothing, toys, furniture and more. This year Interact would like to thank John Montgomery and CubeSmart for a generous storage space donation that will be used in addition to the usual 18-wheeler that will be parked on campus soon. To schedule a donation, call Susan Owens or Laura Gramling. Proceeds from the sale support the club and its community service projects.
