The priority application deadline is Feb. 15. Applications received after that date will be processed on a rolling basis.

Kindergarten applicants will complete a Readiness Assessment. If the applicant is already five years old, they can experience a Kindergarten class for the day. If the child has not yet turned five, a visit to the classroom can be arranged as long as a parent is present. Families need to have submitted an online application for admission prior to scheduling. Applicants for admission to grades 1-4 will complete admissions testing.

In addition, a classroom visit day is required in order for the applicant to experience a typical day at Spartanburg Day School.

Applications for grades K-4 require a completed teacher evaluation form from his or her current school. It is available within the online application, and will be sent to the evaluating teacher via email.

Additionally, please sign the record release form and forward to via email to the admissions office.
