HOW TO REVIEW/EDIT YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN FACTS

• Log in to your FACTS Family Portal using our district code (sb-sc), your user name and password. If you've forgotten your login information, follow the prompts to reset your account.
• In the left column, under the "School" header, click on the link for "Web Forms."
• Click on link for "Family Information 2026-27" to review your information and make any changes. Be sure to click "save." (To ensure the accuracy of our information, the school will review and approve your updates. Submitted changes will not be immediately reflected on your account.)
• Contact Zach Corbitt if you have any questions related to FACTS.

CHECK & UPDATE YOUR INFO IN FACTS

We are pleased to offer sports physicals in advance of the 2026-27 school year. You may schedule an appointment for your child using the following link: https://www.patientfusion.com/doctor/jonathan-green-69052.

The cost is $50.00. Physicals completed through this program will be valid through the end of the 2026–2027 academic year.

In order to ensure that your child has lunch and snack service on the first day of school, please complete your meal registration forms as soon as possible. Every student must complete a form even if they do not plan to utilize a meal plan this school year. Updates and reminders for the 2026-27 school year: 

• Offering a rotating menu of hot entrees and sides including antibiotic free meats and locally sourced sides
• New menu items and snack offerings coming this school year 
• Self service salad and sandwich bar available daily featuring all Boars Head deli meats 
• Lunch buffet for kindergarten and up is all you can eat up to three entrees and unlimited side items
• Preschool parents will preselect entrees for their children on a weekly basis
• Choose from a variety of lunch and snack payment plans to fit your needs
• Our annual plan offers the most savings and lowest price per meal

A few things to note for this school year:

- Any online order placed between now and the beginning of school will be available for pickup at school Aug. 17-20. Preschool, Lower School, and Middle School will pick up 

- We have temporarily moved out of the store space, so keep an eye out for pop-up dates and school events when we’ll be selling merch in person. If you see something you’re interested in, we recommend buying it online. You’ll receive a fulfillment notification to pick it up in the Lower School lobby or at Presnell.

- Keep an eye out for a sign-up to help sell at pop-ups throughout the year!

Magnus Health is Spartanburg Day School's online platform for medical information and required forms.

In Magnus, you will be asked to complete important information related to your child's medical needs and required school forms. There is some documentation that will need to be uploaded. 

You can easily access Magnus Health through the FACTS Family Portal. Once in FACTS, in the left sidebar, expand the "Student" panel, and click on the "Medical" link. This takes you directly to your family's Magnus account.
