Spartanburg Day School is once again offering a variety of engaging and convenient after school opportunities for students from 3s to fourth grade. There's something for every interest, from Griffinettes and basketball, to STEM and music! 

Registration closes TODAY, Friday, Dec. 12th!

Space is limited for many activities on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to register early!

After School FAQs

What activities are available?
A complete list of after school activities for winter 2026 is available on the Extended Day page of the SDS website. 

Does my child need to be registered for Extended Day to participate?
No. While these after school activities are offered through the SDS Extended Day Program, your child does not need to be enrolled in Extended Day to participate. If a child is not enrolled in Extended Day, parents are responsible for activity pick-up. 

Can I still register my child for Extended Day?
The Extended Day team assists with a seamless transition between the end of the school day and a student's after school activity, then provides expert care until a parent arrives for afternoon pick-up. While semester registration is now closed, you can register your child by the day (drop-in). If you would like your K-8th grade student to "drop-in" on an as-needed basis, click here for more information.

You can now order your Griffin Gear online! All deliveries will be made to your student's locker. We are stocked with sweatshirts, water bottles, camping chairs, hats, and more! We also have a new physical store location on campus, by the Dining Commons. The Griffin Store will be open next Friday, Dec. 19, from 8-9:30am for any last minute holiday shopping!

HOW TO REVIEW/EDIT YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN FACTS

• Log in to your FACTS Family Portal using our district code (sb-sc), your user name and password. If you've forgotten your login information, follow the prompts to reset your account.
• In the left column, under the "School" header, click on the link for "Web Forms."
• Click on link for "Family Information 2025-2026" to review your information and make any changes. Be sure to click "save." (To ensure the accuracy of our information, the school will review and approve your updates. Submitted changes will not be immediately reflected on your account.)
• Contact Donlyn Aiken if you have any questions related to FACTS.

CHECK & UPDATE YOUR INFO IN FACTS

Magnus Health is Spartanburg Day School's online platform for medical information and required forms.

In Magnus, you will be asked to complete important information related to your child's medical needs and required school forms. There is some documentation that will need to be uploaded. 

You can easily access Magnus Health through the FACTS Family Portal. Once in FACTS, in the left sidebar, expand the "Student" panel, and click on the "Medical" link. This takes you directly to your family's Magnus account.
