Dear Upper School Parents & Students,

Happy Fall Break! Today was a festive day in the Upper School, as students and faculty were treated to an in-school performance of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Congratulations to the cast and crew on a wonderfully spooky show!

Students have worked hard this week to wrap up the first quarter of the school year. Teachers will be finalizing grades and writing narrative comments over the next week, and Q1 Report Cards will be available for viewing on October 22 at 5:00 PM.

Congratulations (and good luck!) to the fall athletes who have competed/are competing at the state level over the next few days. We are so proud of your accomplishments! As always, please check the athletic team calendars for the most up-to-date information.

I’m pleased to share that College Representatives will continue to visit our campus next week. Demonstrated interest is an important metric in the collegiate admissions process, so students should be sure to connect with representatives of interest when possible.

I hope that everyone has a relaxing Fall Break, and I look forward to welcoming students back to campus on Tuesday. Go Griffins!

Warmly,

Jenny Glenn
