Susan Bridges, trustee emerita

Susan A. Bridges has been on the Spartanburg Day School Board of Trustees since 2006 and was elected as a sustaining trustee in 2011.

Ms. Bridges currently is the CEO of Security Finance, a locally owned business established in Spartanburg in 1955. She has served on the board of Spartanburg Methodist College and several state financial services associations. She is active in the local beekeeping community.

Ms. Bridges received two BS degrees from the College of Charleston and did post graduate work at the University of Texas in Austin. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg.

She is married to Kenny Moore, and they are the parents of Daniel Moore, SDS class of 2014.
